Barrel Jeans, Tweed Vest.

I know barrel jeans are not everyone’s cup of tea – right up there with capri pants – but I am a big fan! They are not sexy in an obvious way but they are so comfortable and if being comfortable isn’t sexy then I don’t know what is. This whole look is giving me Bananarama Cruel Summer Vibes and I was beyond obsessed with those super cool ladies when I was a kid. I can’t tell you how often I tried to emulate their London street style but I think I finally got it right: baggy jeans, comfy shoes  & don’t care hair – nailed it!

This tweed vest from designer collective Fabrique is one of my favorite new pieces, it definitely leans fall but I couldn’t wait to wear it: barely buttoned up or not at all over a cute black lace bra keeps it summery – for now.

I am mentally exiting summer already –  the kids go back to school so early here so it feels like the season has been cut short. Im actually ok with it, it has been the most amazing summer with so many fun trips, events and parties I’m kind of looking forward to slowing down a bit and who doesn’t love fall fashion??
