Black and White Stripes, High Waist Shorts.

There is no print on earth that excites and inspires me more than Black and White stripes! If I see black and white stripes in a magazine or on someone walking down the street it engenders a deep desire to be wearing it too (if I wasn’t already). I saw this top pop up in an ad on the internet and I knew I had to have it, lucky for me it was priced right and it’s just as fabulous in real life. The monochrome print and trumpet sleeves make it cute enough for a night out but its also work appropriate since the sleeves are elbow length and won’t get in the way. I found these white high waist shorts at the Zara sale last year and they are still my favorites! I wore them all through my European holiday as they pair well with any kind of top and I find them extremely flattering. These exact ones are obviously sold out but I did find a couple of similar pairs and linked them below.

So our weekend consisted of catching up on some landscape/gardening, Father’s Day brunch and a marathon of the Netflix series The Keepers. If you don’t know this about me I am a True Crime addict and this series does not disappoint! Its a story of horrific events, conspiracy and extremely strong women! I highly recommend this one whether you live for true crime or not! I also finally got my European Travel post ready to go and will go live this Wednesday I hope you will stop by to check it out!
