Burgundy Slip Skirt, Sweater & Mary Janes.

I feel like certain fabrics carry certain colors better then others and this burgundy slip skirt in silky satin has a gorgeous shimmer and sheen that really accentuates the color. Don’t get me wrong I love a burgundy knit or suede but the shine really works for me! I also love how the fabric and color of this skirt allow for it to be dressed up or down. I received a comment on Instagram that this would be a perfect Valentine’s Date night look which oddly I never thought about but I may just be recreating this look for dinner with my husband next week!

It’s been a very eventful week and Im just looking forward to taking my mind off of world issues and enjoy happy hour tongiht with one of my besties and tomorrow Ill be going to a women’s empowerment event with Jennie Garth & Naomi Watts so follow along on IG.
