Gingham Shorts
It is truly the dog days of summer here in Southern CA! Its been sooooo oppressively hot for the last three weeks that even getting dressed is a chore because quite frankly you really don’t want to wear anything at all! These extra short gingham shorts are a life saver since they’re minimal in coverage, light cotton and they pull on, no fussy zippers, snaps or buttons and no excuses not to get dressed! I love a classic breezy white shirt during the heat of the summer, tied at the waist Jackie O style! I like to keep my accessories simple with layered gold chains, a straw bag and hair up of course!
I had one of the most challenging weeks of my blogging life last week hence the sporadic posting. It was an extremely productive week but my schedule was so insane I barely saw my family, didn’t eat/drink/sleep properly which resulted in migraines and cycle continued… I have another busy but not insane week ahead but I also am leaving for a week long trip on Friday, stay tuned to see where I’m off to next!
