Leather Shorts, Faux Fur, Burgundy Tights.

Im clearly a big fan of wearing shorts no matter the season. Im fortunate that the Southern California climate allows for bare legs most of the year but I do enjoy throwing on a pair of colorful tights and with burgundy being the color of the moment –  burgundy tights it is. Although I have multiple burgundy (or merlot, maroon, garnet, oxblood – fill in your descriptive word) pieces in my wardrobe with more to come, I opted for just the accessories for this look. I was lucky enough to find shoes and a bag that match quite perfectly and the belt is an oldie but fits in so well with the color scheme.

I typically like to post here Monday, Wednesday, Friday but my schedule this week did not allow for it and I didn’t want to wait to post until Monday so here I am on a Saturday typing away. I am also getting ready for a festive boat ride down in Newport Beach. This has become somewhat of a tradition for us to do with our close friends that live down there. It really is a lot of fun to sail around sipping wine and snacking while taking in all the fabulous decor, the locals go all out with their fabulous decorations on the houses and boats, follow along on my Instagram to see what I’m talking about.
