My Coconut Obsession.

Full disclosure: I am cuckoo for coconuts! When I was a child, my best friends’ (they were twins) mom would make coconut cakes for their birthdays every year. Ever since, I have been hooked on all things coconut. I love everything about them: I love the smell, I love the taste (I reach for anything coconut for desert), and I especially love the health and skin benefits.
