An oversized beige blazer is something that every closet needs and I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I bought this one on Black Friday. It’s one of those pieces that you can throw over just about anything and look polished, this one is a steal at under $40. Ive worn it over dresses, denim and a tee and even a sweat pant set to run to the grocery store.
Ive had this shirt dress for several years now and I just keep finding different ways to wear it (see here) a shirt dress is another must have in every girls closet. A classic one like this is great for layering in the colder months and in the summer it makes a perfect beach cover up or you can just wear it as is with perhaps a headscarf for a Jackie O in Capri vibe.
It has been pouring rain here in Southern California pretty much the entire week since returning from Canada and its making it hard to motivate to do anything. When I lived in Vancouver I didn’t mind the rain as much, I don’t know if it’s that I’ve become accustomed to constant sunshine or if LA is just supposed to be sunny all the time in my mind. My weather app is saying we’re getting a one day respite on Friday so I will be cramming in content creation while I can.

Loving the simplicity of the look, I would probably wear it with leggings or skinny jeans though. You’re lucky to have the legs to pull it off.
