Puff Sleeves, Vegan Leather.

I don’t know what I will wear once the puff sleeves trend dies down. I love the bold & powerful yet sexy effect of an exaggerated shoulder, its very reminiscent of the rise of the working woman in the 80’s and that’s exactly what I am.  I went braless with this top …well, because I can, but for the ample chested girl I would definitely wear it with a beautiful lace bra peeking out or a camisole for more coverage. This abstract print is so wonderful and unique and would work just as well in the warmer months with white shorts or skirt. I love the look of leather and it’s a big trend for fall but as you may already know I try to avoid real leather whenever possible. This deliciously buttery faux leather skirt is a must have for your wardrobe. Its edgy enough for a night out but also classy enough for the office. Can’t get enough of the versatile pieces.

Can you believe that Halloween is tomorrow? We typically have a party at our house on Halloween night because my husband goes all out with decorations as do most of our neighbors. We live in a neighborhood full of creatives and film/tv industry employees so it’s a fun place to be on this particular holiday.  We did decorate this year but no trick or treating, big party or dressing up either, we have a couple of friends coming over for wine and we’ll just walk around and enjoy all the other amazingly decorated homes.
