I am always looking for new and fresh ways to style my beloved stripes and denim combo. These super soft and comfy hi-waisted culottes (on major sale, link below) are perfect to pair with a cropped top like this one that I scored from the Zara sale.  The stripes on this one-shoulder twist on a collared shirt are very subtle and work well with the other prints I mixed in to the look.

We had the most fantastic summer weekend, most of it spent with friends and family on or by the water with lots of food and cocktails involved! If you follow along on Instagram you probably saw that I was lucky enough to get invited to Lulu’s beach party this weekend. It was great fun: lounging on the beach, sipping cocktails from coconuts, I got to hobnob with a bunch of local bloggers and scored the cutest dress that I’m sure will show up on the blog very soon!
