Tweed Shorts. Fall In New York.

I’ve been back from New York for nearly a week and Im still trying to catch up on things. The whole trip as per usual was a major whirlwind and things have barely calmed down since Ive been back. NYFW was not what it typically is due to Covid ie. less shows and events but regardless I kept myself super busy. Ill be doing a full recap of my trip next week but in the meantime I wanted to start sharing some of my outfits from my time in the Big Apple. Fall in New York is such a beautiful time of year (I know its not officially fall yet) it was warm but you could feel a tinge of crispness in the air, perfect conditions for these tweed shorts and some over the knee boots. I did a lot of walking this trip which helped me get to know the city better than in the past when I would just jump in a taxi and not really see where I was going. I learned very quickly that carrying a pair of sneakers in your tote bag is essential no matter how comfortable your shoes seem at first. These boots are great for a few blocks to the subway but definitely not good for 15k steps while sightseeing which is what I found myself doing.
