I’m not usually one to jump on the Pantone Color of the Year bandwagon but this year the colors Yellow (& Gray) are 100% favorites of mine so I went large with this sunny color. I was so lucky that all the yellow items I have in this outfit were more or less the same hue and I was able to assemble this head to toe yellow look. Sometimes wearing a lot of the same color can look like a costume or uniform but I do not feel that is the case with this shade of yellow along with the neutralizing gray. With everything going on in the world right now I couldn’t be more thrilled that this happy color will be with us for the whole year and I will be here spreading the joy with all shades of citrus.
This was not my favorite week so I’m particularly happy the weekend is here. I’ve definitely come to the realization that Covid life is taking its toll on me as much as I try to brush it off and act like everything is fine. Self care is not just a blogger catch phrase its actually a term therapists use because it’s incredibly important to do the things that keep us mentally and physically healthy. So I will be focusing on that this weekend and I encourage all of you to do it too!
