What is it about the shoulder that’s so appealing? These off shoulder tops that have taken over this summer are so pretty, feminine and are universally flattering (they can however be a bit fussy to keep pulled down). The fashion world is a little over saturated by them right now but I wont be putting mine away any time soon, although seeing myself in these photos I notice that my worn-out tattoo is exposed and definitely needs a visit to Dr TattOff!
