Yellow Trousers, Yellow Top.

Im still very obsessed with the butter yellow trend which kicked up last summer and seems to still be going strong this season. Ive always had a love for yellow – aside from it being a color that looks good on (most) blondes my parents had a record album when I was a child. On the cover was this woman looking incredible in a two piece matching crop top and skirt set, it was Aretha Franklin and I have never forgotten that outfit. I’m also loving the return of the scarf belt look it had a little momentum last summer as well but seems to be picking up steam which Im super excited about since I have a collection of vintage (and some new) scarves.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful spring so far – Im still getting into the groove of my new life, having fun – but its complicated! xoxo Zia
