Burnout Velvet, Denim Jacket.

With the near 100 degree temperatures in LA this week it is very hard to believe the holiday season is frighteningly close, I was at the mall yesterday and the Christmas decorations are out in full force, there was even a Santa there! My party schedule is already starting to fill up and thinking about what Im going to wear to said holiday parties is definitely on my mind. Right now Im thinking this magnificent burnout velvet maxi dress is going to get me through at least a couple of them! Hale Bob is the best of the best when it comes to luxurious velvet and silk pieces for the holidays or any other season for that matter.  Their dresses and tops have long been favorites of mine and are always a stand out at any event, I mean look at this dress; the colors and details are soooooo gorgeous and we all know by now velvet is the fabric of the season (If you’re not as adventurous with color this same dress comes in black) For this post I styled the dress with a denim jacket and velvet ankle booties for a more casual look but with my hair up, some statement earrings and perhaps a leather jacket this dress would definitely work in a more formal environment.
