Cashmere Poncho, Over the Knee Boots.

I was recently introduced to an LA based knitwear company when I received this delicious cashmere poncho in a gift bag at an event I attended. 27 Miles Malibu was born of an idea based on the inspiring beach town (my favorite in California) that is their namesake, creating pieces that represent California’s golden era. Their styles are classic but modern and what really drew me to talking about this brand, whose office is coincidentally down the street from my house, is their commitment to sustainable and humane approach to their cashmere knits. They are aligned with The Good Cashmere Standard and Sustainable Fibre Alliance so that the farmers, animals and environment are all protected. Shopping brands that care for animals and the environment are of the utmost importance to me and I try to feature them on my platforms whenever I can. It’s up to us, the consumer, to make a difference. Back to this gorgeous, cozy scarf – because its still quite warm out Im wearing the poncho as a cape/scarf but it buttons up so it can also be worn as a poncho. I love anything with versatility so you can get the most out it.
