Life Lately: Spring Outfits.

Its been a very busy month of events and outings and lots of fun spring outfits to go along with them. The first look is from this past weekend when I attended the Sandpipers x Elie Tahari charity fashion show along with ten other influencers and hundreds of fashion loving women. It was a beautiful day of friends, fashion, food and philanthropy.

The second shot is on the rooftop at Mama Shelter in Hollywood after my little family Easter brunch. It was such a gorgeous day and I love how my outfit matches the sky.

I attended a wellness retreat that included radio frequency microneedling, acupuncture and cupping, sounds baths and just spending time with like minded women. I wore this ethereal dress from Darling with a fabulous boho belt and comfy suede boots – I acutally came straight from another event otherwise I probably would have worn a more athleisure friendly outfit but felt this dress worked well for the vibe.

This is at the world premiere of Godzilla x Kong in Hollywood – I absolutely LOVE this dress and felt it was the perfect look for the night; it was dressy but not overly so especially for a family focused event. You will definitely be seeing me in this dress a lot more in the future!

I went to Palm Springs to shoot a campaign for Acme House luxury vacation rentals. This was shot at Bob Hopes former summer home. I was going with a festival geared look for this since it was so close to Coachella kicking off. Here’s that boho belt again – how many of you had one of these in the mid aughts?

Here I am at the I Heart Radio Awards- this night was such a dream come true. We got to watch this show shot live and experience live performances by Green Day, TLC, Cher and many others perform as well as Meryl Streep present and Beyoncé receive awards. I love this dress from Karen Millen so much and thought it was the best combination of elegant but sexy enough for a music event.

This is look number two from the Sandpipers Charity event last weekend also from Elie Tahari. I love the neckline of this dress but felt the hem was a little conservative for my style. I accidentally paired it with the sheer panel pants as I was changing and instantly fell in love with the look. I know a lot of people are cringing at the idea of the dress over pants trend returning but I think this look may change your mind! I got a gazillion compliments on this outfit and promised a friend Id loan it to her one day.

One of my favorite nights out recently was attending the Broadway revival of Funny Girl in Downtown LA with a couple of my fellow musical theatre loving blogger pals.  I cannot recommend checking this show out more – it was absolute joy and the actor playing Fanny Brice is spectacular!

I had no idea just how appropriate this dress with florets at the bosom would be at this event surrounded by blooms. This is Arden in West Hollywood and its as adorable as it looks. I can’t seem to get enough of these dresses by AFRM – as clingy as they are I feel they fit my body shape perfectly and the price point really can’t be beat!
