Green Plaid, Yellow Knit: Benetton Is Back!

I always say if you hang on to something long enough it will come back in style hence the name of my blog Hunter Collector, hunt for the good stuff and keep in your forever collection. Benetton was one of my favorite fashion brands when I was a teen I even did a fashion show for them when I dabbled as a teen model and was gifted all the looks I wore on the runway as payment. In fact one of the items I kept was a fuschia turtleneck very similar to the yellow one here. Enough about my reminiscence of my younger days, the important point here is that Benetton is making a comeback here in the US! They have a popup in Santa Monica until November 24th so if you are in the LA area you should definitely check it out, if not it’s all available online. The new collection is packed with all the bright colorful pieces that Benetton is known for like these green plaid pants and a multitude of sweaters in every color in the rainbow, now I just need the weather to cooperate to wear all my fun new pieces. I will be sharing more Benetton outfits in the weeks to come.

Although the weekend already seems like it was so long ago,  it’s worth mentioning that it was a good one. It was the most normal weekend I have spent in a while, a weekend where my husband and I had dinner and caught a movie (saw Joker, I do not recommend) and on Sunday we went for a bike ride with our house guests and grabbed brunch. It felt good to have some normalcy in my life after the crazy month that was October including Halloween night! Hoping for more of this before the madness of the holidays are in full swing!
