In the Deep

I’m going to get a little philosophical to reflect the massive changes going on in my professional life although these thoughts also reflect aspects of my private life as well. I feel there is a serious lack of gratitude and loyalty in this world; the idea of paying it back or forward, the concept of being supportive barely exist, we live in a time where “selfies” have become a part of our everyday vernacular which says so much. It’s very disconcerting to know that we are truly alone in this world because the smallest of matters can make the difference between being besties and enemies. I choose to take the high road and continue to do everything with integrity and grace and do whatever I can to help those who deserve it (whether there is something in it for me or not). All that being said I have such immense gratitude to all of you who visit and show support for this little blog of mine…it gives me hope for the future! love Zia
