It seems the only opportunity we have to get to movies these days is when our seven year old demands to see the latest animal themed film to be released. With the heat we have been experiencing here in Los Angeles we didn’t hesitate to escape to a cool air conditioned theater to check out tear jerker Dolphin Tale 2. My son loved it, my husband hated it and I was just happy to be out of the dusty heat of our mid-remodel house!
I had a great time with the girls of The SoCal Blogger Society yesterday! Over mimosas and a three course family style brunch, I met and bonded with several local bloggers. I was really hoping to post more photos from the brunch on Instagram but we were all so hot and sticky none of us were feeling particularly camera ready. Le jardin is chic! Blogger meet ups are the best. When I lived in Paris, we used to have them quite often. I wish the same would develop here in Eastern Canada.
