Navy Ruffles, Floral Top, Straw Bag.

We are slowly easing into spring read: warmer, dryer weather and so I am slowly easing into spring style. Off shoulder tops, ruffled skirts, straw bags…I am so in! This skirt with navy ruffles is my newest obsession, actually ruffled skirts in general are my obsession they always make me feel like I should be on a tropical island cocktail in hand perhaps doing a little salsa? Okay Im just pushing for a tropical vacay but I would definitely bring this outfit along to wear out to a sunset dinner! I love the strappy details on this floral top giving the off shoulder style a fresh feel which after several seasons of off shoulder tops I am very open to.
