The weekend forecast calls for cooler temperatures and RAIN!!! Typically I would be ecstatic about this news as I get really bored with the day after day sunshine and heat (really I do!) but my sweet husband is taking me away for a birthday weekend getaway…I guess we’ll just have to stay in and watch movies and get massages or something… I find myself really feeling mundane in mentioning the weather so frequently in my posts like there’s nothing else to talk about, but it really does dictate what one can and can’t wear; I do like to stay somewhat seasonally-appropriate regardless of the temperature although I admit to having suffered for fashion in my lifetime … and on that note I just pulled out my favorite weather-appropriate vintage rain coat.
