Overall Shorts, Ruffles.

How cute are these denim overall shorts??? I’m such a denim shorts addict that I’m always looking for new ways to wear them. Last summer it was all about the longer denim bermuda short this year, for me at least, its denim overalls!  I’ve got black denim, white denim, mid thigh, daisy dukes… I have them all but right now these overalls are my favorite. I wore these on my road trip to Canada last month because they’re super cute no matter what you wear on top and they’re super comfy which is the perfect summer combo and absolutely essential for travel.  I wore them with a voluminous ruffled top and heeled sandals for this post because I wanted to show how they can be dressed up and totally appropriate a summer party or lunch with the ladies, another very versatile and timeless piece for the wardrobe!

I am very much looking forward to this weekend and just enjoying a few days away from the hectic pace of my life. Time on the beach with friends and my family and perhaps I’ll get a chance to see the very much anticipated Once Upon a Time In Hollywood (a lot of it was shot near my house).
