Plaid Boucle, Band Tee & Shorts.

The sky has returned to its clear, azure hue the sun is sparkling bright and swarms of butterflies have invaded Los Angeles. Most importantly I am the happiest I will be all year since spring is my favorite season! Its still a bit chilly out and this red plaid boucle blazer is just the piece to transition (theres that word) me from winter to spring style. I am so obsessed with this blazer it nearly fulfills all my Chanel jacket dreams, its the perfect plaid, made from boucle and the all important gold buttons are there. Another severely overused word in fashion is versatile but this jacket is exactly that. I love it paired with leather shorts and my circa 1984 vintage band tee but it would look gorgeous with a white blouse and slacks for the office or over a little black dress for evening.

I’m really loving all the hair accessories that are big this year and those little hair pins, giant barrettes and satin headbands work so well with my shorter hair. And frankly who doest love more accessories??

Well I am going to get going and go enjoy this beautiful weather, even my animals are happier when the sun is shining! Enjoy your day, I know I will!
