Sheer Mesh Top, Mesh Midi Skirt, Vintage Blazer.

Having a black turtleneck in my winter wardrobe is mandatory so when I found this sheer mesh top I knew this was the ONE for this season. A black turtleneck is a basic that is elegant as well as practical, being that this one is sheer it may not fall under the practical category except for the fact that you know it will make any look a little hotter. I know I keep saying this but I had a top just like this in the 90’s and coincidentally this oversized black blazer is actually from the 1990’s and yes I kept it all this time and Im so glad I did. Much to my mothers chagrin I am going through a black phase (my mother hates black) Ive always felt black was super flattering on blondes – its a great backdrop for our flaxen locks. I think I am going to have to put this all black look on my top ten looks of the year.

This was one of those weeks that felt extra long but also went really fast. Im super exhausted and am looking forward to a  low key weekend – with the exception of a very special event on Sunday which I will talk more about next week! Hope you have lots of fun holiday plans
