I have been trying my hardest to resist buying a pair of over the knee boots, as evidenced in this post, by substituting with over the knee socks. Its not that I don’t love the trend, I really do! I have had several incarnations over the years: a flat suede pair in high school, a high heeled leather pair during my rocker mode…but I just felt that I was not going to get enough use out of them living in LA so when this look was shot I was still sticking to my guns. I have since purchased a pair of flat over then knee boots, they haven’t arrived yet but I can’t wait for them come. This week would have been perfect since its been raining quite a bit, but FedEx this time of year… it’s killing me, so I’m rocking the long socks in the meantime! Have I mentioned how happy I am to have my blog back? xxx Zia
