Velvet Pants, Pussy Bow Sweater.

I have been MIA again and I totally blame Vegas! Depending on whether or not you follow me on Instagram you may know that I was in Sin City last weekend.  I started the weekend with a few girlfriends for my pal Tillie’s birthday and then my husband came out to meet me for an adults only weekend which I will post about next week (in the interim check out IG and my Stories highlights) When I posted this wide leg velvet pant look on Insta last week I had a few Austin Powers comparisons and although I didn’t see it when I styled this look I guess I kind of see it now and dont mind one bit since I think he’s a very groovy guy! This pussy bow sweater is an all-in-one in case you were wondering if I was wearing a blouse underneath, but I am not. The bow and mesh ruffles on the sleeves are all attached making this a very easy look to put together. This Hermes belt was a gift from my husband a few years ago and I don’t find the opportunity to wear it very frequently but it matched these fabulous velvet pants perfectly so on it went!

We are at the end of the first month of the year and I can’t say it went fast because it felt like an extra long month but it was a great start to the year which I hope is reflective of how 2020 will continue to go!
