Alpaca Shawl & Crew Neck Sweater: Summer Layers.

The weather in LA can be very up and down in the summer – where the daytime temperatures will be up in the 90s but drop down to 60s at night.The chill can be very unexpected especially if you’re near the ocean, so summer layers are essential. This alpaca wool shawl is the perfect solution. Its super lightweight so it works well in warmer weather months, but can also do well in winter. I styled mine over an (alpaca wool) sweater with a tank layered underneath and skorts for a sporty summer look. Its so chic and would look fabulous draped over your shoulders if you’re at an outdoor wedding, go for a sail or just eating dinner al fresco in a friends backyard. I will be packing mine on my carry on when I travel abroad this summer because we all know how cold it gets on flights.

I have worn these white skorts more than I care to admit but who doesn’t love getting their money’s worth with a piece they wear on repeat. My only issue with them is having to dry clean them if they get dirty and what white piece of clothing does not?
