Hello and happy Friday! I’ve been having some technical issues with the blog and they were just rectified today so my apologies for not being around for so long, and truth be told my trip to New York for fashion week really held me up as well. I hope you had a chance to follow along on my Instagram Stories to see what I got up to at fashion week (if not I created a highlight reel with all my favorites) and I will be doing a recap of the experience in the next week. The band tee, vintage or not, is my go to for easy dressing and it always looks cool and effortless, I traveled to NY in one. I’m a bit of a rock chick at heart and love anything with a bit edge especially when I’m wearing something girly like a ruffled skirt. I’ve never really shopped at Cotton On before but they have an incredible selection of licensed band tees, and they’re so well priced I bought a couple for my son as well.
I am such a huge accessory lover and have not stopped wearing all my Lisi Lerch pieces (like this oversized bangle) since I discovered her amazing line. Her new fall collection dropped today and is available on the site, I know you will fall in love with her bold, whimsical pieces just like I did!
I had the pleasure of attending a sneak preview of the Downton Abbey movie last night along with a whole experience before hand and if you are a fan dont miss this. I had never watched the show and still enjoyed it but I know for die hard fans this is a must see! Just a little suggestion if you don’t have any weekend plans.
Hope you have fun whatever you do! xoxo ~Zia
