Transitioning from summer into fall when living in a warm weather climate like Southern California can be a challenge. Combining pastels from my summer wardrobe and adding a light sweater (like this one from J Crew that I bought in three colors during their sale last month) and topping it off with a leather jacket (faux of course) give you the best of both seasons. I obviously love the look of skirts and boots and my absolute favorite thing to wear in cooler temperatures are ankle booties which I will wear come Autumn no matter how warm it is!
