My love for a good colorful outfit is unwavering so coming up with new ways to wear color is always a fun challenge for me. Im often inspired by Mother Nature and her stunning color combos like the vibrant pinks and greens of Hawaii or cornflower blue and orange wildflowers of the Rocky Mountains, I recently happened upon a garden full of fuchsia and orange blooms hence the combo in this outfit. I bought these breezy crinkled orange pants initially because they are such a steal but also decided they were worthy of sharing in a fun summer outfit. I actually love them so much I’m considering buying them in another color, maybe aqua or lavender….When I ordered this hot pink halter top I thought it would be a bit more form fitting but its roominess is welcome in my life to accommodate a fabulous dining experience. And while we’re on the topic of dining we had dinner at a local soul food restaurant Saturday night to support Black Business Month and it was a very deliciously memorable experience. The food was truly remarkable so if you’re in the Los Angeles area be sure to check out Post and Beam in Baldwin Hills, Im still dreaming of their fresh baked corn bread.
Have a wonderful day and hope to see you back here later this week! xo ~Zia
