These denim culottes are just a hair longer than a Bermuda short and have more of a wide leg cut which makes them more feminine then a pair of jorts. I’m absolutely a fan of both – I wear some version of a long, baggy denim short on a regular basis all summer long. I like to throw something feminine or sexy (or both) on top to offset the tomboy vibe, I felt this look needed a deep plunging top and a cute little gingham headscarf for a fun easy summer look!
Im not going to lie being an influencer isn’t as fun as it used to be. Its become so competitive and unbearably grueling to keep up with all the trends and changing algorithms – but what is really killing me is the video production! This is the biggest reason I am not able to post here as frequently as Id like. I miss the days of just shooting cute outfits doing small edits to adjust lighting etc and posting. Instead I find myself constantly overwhelmed and exhausted trying to keep up with all the demands of Reels, Stories & Tiktoks. I am starting to see more and more influencers returning to static posts and I hope this is a sign the pendulum is swinging back in the other direction!
Thats the end of my rant and also explanation as to why Im not posting here with frequency – I do miss it!
