Fall Layers: Striped Cardigan, White Coat.

There are certain things that I just involuntarily gravitate towards like the color green, new shoes and of course stripes so when I saw this black and (off) white striped cardigan I just stopped everything I was doing and added it to my shopping cart. Its one of those perfect pieces that just gives off quiet luxury (are we sick of hearing this term yet?) and will look amazing so many different ways. I plan on keeping it casual with a white t-shirt underneath and a pair of baggy denim and also a bustier and mini skirt for an evening look. I feel like all the pieces that Im wearing here can be considered classics in their own right but the way I styled it all maybe doesn’t immediately feel classic but I love to add a little edginess to my looks with ie shorts and boots but I think this would look great with tights and loafers if that’s more your vibe.

I had the most festive night out with my girlfriends last night and it put me in the holiday spirit much earlier than usual. I actually bought some Xmas decorations and orders a Peppermint Mocha latte at Starbucks today. Is it too soon or are you a day after Halloween straight into Christmas kind of person? I definitely want to hear about it! See you back here Monday , its the last few days before it all starts to get crazy!
