Graphic Tee, Gingham, Power Heels.

Today I am showcasing my power look, I refer to it as that for more reasons than one. My favorite sturdy, strut worthy pumps, a classic black blazer and a graphic tee shirt that says it all “Femme Forever” I felt this look was appropriate for the occasion as I, along with a dozen other concerned citizens, claimed a small but impactful victory. I recently found out the city uses toxic pesticides in our parks and school yards that are known to cause cancer and other diseases, I went to City Hall last night to give an impassioned speech about why I believe they need to stop (obvious right?). Well I found out this morning that the City of Burbank will now join Irvine in being the only cities in SoCal to go organic in treating pests and weeds in our green spaces, Yay!!! We have the power to make changes in this country we just need to speak up! If this is something that concerns you rally together your neighbors and fight the use of cancer causing herbicides and pesticides that eventually find their way into our water ways!
