Houndstooth Sweater, Vegan Leather Pants.

Yup, I did it again, I took a little break from blogging to enjoy some much needed family time and it couldn’t have been in a more perfect place than the enchanting and very festive, Paris. Sweaters like this black and white houndstooth beauty were definitely in order for the chilly fall weather in France which I honestly loved every second of.  Oversized houndstooth is a very hot print for fall, I mean who doesn’t like black and white and it’s also a classic that any age group can appreciate and pull off.  I paired this print with other classic pieces like a velvet headband and pearl earrings but the vegan leather pants and high heeled lace up boots give the look a very edgy feel. I am big fan of juxtaposition so this is the perfect pairing of very different styles.

Im very excited to share more from my recent trip and will be diligently working on editing photos that I took on my phone (my DSLR camera broke while traveling) I also hired a local professional because I really wanted to capture the magic of Paris and this time with my family so I will be getting those out as soon as I can, in the interim I will be posting photos and snippets of the trip on Instagram. I know a lot of you will be traveling to be with your families this week so I will wish you a very happy Thanksgiving now! I am mostly looking forward to having the time to shake this jet lag!
