It seems tattered cut off jean shorts are going to be huge this summer! They have been a mainstay in my summer wardrobe for as long as I can remember (I also wear them in the winter with tights see here), I own at least 25 pairs of jeans shorts of varying lengths, washes and conditions. Cut-offs are my weekend staple and when I can I incorporate them into my workday outfits as well…This outfit is not necessarily work appropriate (I’m lucky that I work with artists so I was able get away with wearing these to work) but with a pair of shorts with less wear and tear it certainly could be! Its also a very pocket book friendly trend since you can go to you local thrift store or dig deep into your closet and find a pair of jeans you’re not wearing anymore, give them a snip and voila you are set for summer!
