Kelly Green Gown, Over The Knee Boots.

I wanted to show how this somewhat summery Kelly Green gown could be worn as a fall outfit and the camel over the knee boots did the trick. I would also wear this ensemble with a camel blazer to pull it all together and of course Im now regretting not shooting with one to show how a blazer would work so well with this look. I also wore this dress out for dinner on a scorching hot evening last weekend with gold heels for a dressier feel – I will post on Instagram so you can see that version too. Because this dress has two layers it will work well into the colder months and I love the idea of wearing it for a holiday party as a fun, festive alternative to red or sequins – I know I’m getting ahead of myself by talking holiday party style and we haven’t even hit the Halloween season yet … or have we? I’m still trying to hang on to a bit of summer, I’m heading to Hawaii in a couple of weeks and then maybe when I get back I’ll be ready for some pumpkin spice talk!

I know I missed posting on Monday – I am still playing catch up after being sick last week – even though it was a short lived cold it set me back but I’m comin’ in hot for fall in the next few weeks (until I go on my tropical vacay) so please check back in soon for some fabulous fall fashion!
