Knee High Boots, Velvet & Stripes.

I’m feeling a little torn between glee that its the last day of summer and also a little bit sad. I do have an appreciation for the change of seasons, I believe it’s good for the creative soul and the body as well since we tend to slow down a bit in the colder months. That little bit of sadness is definitely remedied by knowing that I will be wearing these gorgeous suede knee high boots every chance I get! How cool and unexpected is that little sliver of lace? I pulled this crushed velvet blazer out of the back of my closet, I bought it last year and got a lot of use from it and plan to again this year. I love denim shorts and will wear them until I absolutely cannot get away with it anymore although paired with knee high boots I think I can slip into the cooler days a for a little while longer.
