Mustard Top:

The end of summer is upon us, but I believe that fabulous fall fashion is our compensation prize for the sadness we may feel. I am one of those people who maybe doesn’t love summer as much as others, I don’t like extreme heat and the massive crowds that summers in bring to LA (or anywhere else I may be visiting) but that’s a whole other long conversation for another time! I like the change of seasons, I believe its good for the soul, for your creativity…so I welcome autumn with open arms and this autumn friendly mustard top. Fall colors are another aspect of fall fashion I love and this is definitely one of my favorites! Its still hot here in So Cal so I’m going to continue wearing shorts as long as I can, these denim Bermuda shorts are a major flashback to the cutoffs of the 90’s and they work perfectly for slightly cooler temps! I topped this look off with a classic trench coat (this one is from the Nordstrom Sale) because nothing says fall more than layers!

How fast did this long weekend go by? It was such a good one so I knew it couldn’t last! We went to the Getty Villa, had dinner on the beach, went for a bike ride, BBQ’d with friends and yes we finished the ENTIRE second season of Ozark! Hoping this week goes just as fast! xoxox ~Zia
