Im sure you’re just a surprised as I am that there is no animal print involved in todays look! I, however, have incorporated two of my other favorite fall patterns into this look and didn’t feel there was room for a third. These wool plaid shorts are such a fun way to bring a pop of color to a fall outfit and I love them mixed with the stripes. It is getting chilly enough to wear an extra layer like this classic gold buttoned blazer that I wear constantly. And while were on the topic of layers…Im really loving the look of socks with heels these days and Im particularly obsessed with these sheer, embellished ones from my friend Kathryn’s hosiery line High Heel Jungle. They don’t provide much warmth but it gives the illusion of wearing something more seasonally appropriate when you don’t actually have to wear warm tights and they are really super cute!
I am getting geared up to get the holiday season rolling around here even though I am mentally not there, its still too warm around here for it to be Christmas soon! We are heading out of town next week for Thanksgiving and Im hoping that will get me in the spirit! I will be posting while Im away so please come back and visit and of course follow along on Instagram & Stories! Have a happy weekend!
