Red Ruffled Skirt, Floral Heels.

Something about summer makes me always want to look like I am fiesta ready and this red ruffled skirt definitely give me those feels. The red, the ruffles the thigh high cut makes me want to do a little salsa dancing with a margarita (salted on the rocks of course) in hand. In addition to the festive ruffles these floral embellished ankle strap heels form Cecilia NY are super fun and comfortable enough to dance in. This bold blue pairs so well with the red without looking like I’m heading to a Fourth of July party. I have a sense that all this color this summer will make me do a full 180 and wear nothing but black and camel all fall/winter!

I feel like I go through a creative funk every time this year, I don’t know if its the heat or because I get lazy during the summer its hard to put my finger on it but this is the reason behind my lack of posts lately. I know my usual excuse is travel but I’ve been home for nearly a full month but still feel unable to catch up on life… Better busy than bored I always say. Hope you’re having a much more relaxing summer than I am, I’m not complaining I did make it to the beach last weekend ha ha!
