As I was moving my summer stuff to the back of my closet and pulling out my cold weather items to the front, I realized just how many turtleneck sweaters I own. It also occurred to me that the reason I have so many is that they NEVER go out of style. I have been wearing turtlenecks every fall/winter pretty consistently since childhood. There are certainly different incarnations of the T-neck: long sleeves, shorts sleeves, no sleeves, cowl neck, cropped, dresses…I love that there is a simplicity to them without being plain, they’re always chic and universally flattering! I recommend you start your collection now, if you haven’t already!
