Sweater Dress Obsession.

I have found myself reaching for a sweater dress over and over again this season, I feel like they are universally flattering even if you do not have the “perfect body”. I’m not sure I have identified the secret behind this but why ask why if it looks good right? I personally like the look in neutral tones like cream, brown or black but in the above collage you will see that I snuck in a couple dresses in shades of green. The mirror selfie above was taken in San Diego last week when I was there for a fashion convention. I truly love this dress, it was however difficult to find foundation garments to wear underneath. I was wearing Skims undies which are barely there but were still visible, it fortunately also comes in a darker color which would make it easier to find appropriate undergarments.

Yep, I wore another sweater dress to the convention and this one is from my rental site Hunt, Style, Rent ( get your first month free ) I am seriously considering keeping this one. It’s a really nice light knit fabric and quite frankly black is so much more forgiving than white.

This little dress, also from my clothing rental site, got so many compliments when I wore it to my friends baby shower this past weekend. I wore it with a beige blazer which made it both afternoon party appropriate but also felt I could walk into a business meeting in this outfit. I have come to the conclusion that you cant go wrong with a sweater dress, they are quite literally perfect for any occasion!
