Yellow Blazer, Houndstooth Skirt & Hat.

I wanted to kick off the first day of daylight savings, which I absolutely love, with a bright sunny look. This sunshine yellow blazer screams spring and I know I’ll be pairing it with aqua pants, a green slip dress, orange shorts and any other fun color combo I can think of in the coming weeks. This exact one sold out pretty quickly but I linked a couple of other sunny colored blazers below. Ive been wanting to pair this houndstooth bucket hat with more houndstooth for a while now and I love how this came together. I wore this skirt with a matching jacket last year (and also combined it with yellow) see here. I may have to wear it all together one day but for now just the hat and skirt will do.

I know daylight savings is a touchy subject but I love the longer days and perhaps its because I travel frequently to different time zones but I am personally not effected by the hour time change. Its not official yet, but it is spring to me as soon as we spring forward and I am thrilled! It is without a doubt my favorite season.
