Red Shorts Suit, Silver Slides.

I thought this little red shorts suit would be an appropriate way to kick off the unofficial start of summer! The sun is finally out today and a pair of bright red shorts couldn’t be more perfect for the weather as well as for the national holiday we are celebrating. I didn’t want to go full red, white and blue (saving that for the 4th) so I paired my little suit with a floral cami and some edgy silver slides from one of my all time favorite shoe designers Charles David.

I am loving all the different hair accessory trends that have popped up this season and hair scarves are one of my favorites. I love this one from Free People because it has built in scrunchie so no issues with getting it in my hair and it’s actually two pieces so I can wear the scarf separately from the scrunchie!You know how much I love options!!

In case you didn’t notice my perfect backdrop, it’s helping me give a little nod to today’s holiday, we should all take a moment to acknowledge all the men and women who sacrificed for us.  Hope you’re enjoying (or enjoyed if it’s not a long one for you) your weekend!
