Top Ten Beauty Products: The Summer ’22 Edit.

No 1. Vita Liberata Tanning Mousse

Ive been using sunless tanner for most of my adult life and I have to say that this newest version of Vita Liberata tanning mousse is the best Ive ever used. They recently redesigned their packaging to be more environmentally friendly and the formula is better than ever. This product is not tinted so I highly recommend using the applicator mitt for even coverage. It produces the most natural color and lasts forever!

No 2. Skip Hair, Body Wash & Moisturizer

I am admittedly a sucker for any product that has environmentally friendly packaging – but when its all that, and you love the product itself, its makes your top ten list.  The shampoo clarifies and balances your hair and scalp, the conditioner detangles, moisturizes and strengthens hair – and the body wash and lotion are great too and Skip uses 95% less plastic than your average hair product.

No. 3 ~ OSEA Ocean Cleanser

Aside from smelling amazing OSEA (pronounced oh-say-ah ) products are vegan and cruelty free. This cleanser gently exfoliates and leaves your skin feeling soft and totally moisturized.

No. 4 ~ The Organic Skin Co. Toner & Serum

I was recently introduced to this clean beauty line from New Zealand. The products and packaging are all sustainable and its a female owned company – the ingredients are sourced from the earth and not a lab, all great reasons to love and support this brand.

No. 5 ~ Summer Fridays Glowing Body Oil

I received a bottle of this in a gift bag earlier this year and I openly admit I am obsessed with this coconut scented shimmering oil. I slather it on after every shower, before bed and I put on an extra layer if Im going out and wearing something skin revealing. It smells amazing and makes your skin look like you’re a veritable goddess.

No 6. ~ Dr Nassif Hydrating Serum

I am a verifiable skin serum junkie. This hydrating serum from my favorite LA based beauty Doctor is a such a great find. It has an amazing texture and you feel so incredibly moisturized without feeling greasy. I also love that it is fragrance free and has you waking up with the most amazing glow.

No. 7 ~ Neutrogena Hydro Boost Moisturizer & Sunscreen

Sometimes you just happen upon some really amazing products at your local drugstore. Neutrogena is tried and true as well as kind to the pocket book. Living in LA I don’t leave the house with some kind of sun protection on my face and I love this light weight, non-greasy moisturizer with 50 SPF and its under $20.

No. 8 Kiss Lash Glue & Eyeliner

This two in one false eyelash glue and eyeliner is a major game-changer. I always had the hardest time applying false eyelashes with the glue that came in the package. One day I came across this eyeliner glue and I have not looked back. This product along with the included applicator makes applying fake eyelashes a breeze!

No. 9 Kopari Body Butter

If you have never tried Kopari products and love all things coconut (like myself) you need to run to your local Sephora or Ulta and get some now. This body butter is their newest product and I am absolutely in love. I have this on my nightstand and drench my skin in it every night before I go to bed – not just for the moisturizing effect but I also love falling asleep with the tropical scent lingering.

No. 10 ~ Olaplex Bonding Oil

I don’t know if I can do a top ten beauty list without an Olaplex product represented. I am a big fan, as a blonde it was a game changer for my post color hair health. I use so many of their products but this one I go through faster than the others. This hair bonding oil can be applied daily and I do, it smooths my hair without looking greasy and I know it has long term benefits.
