Making changes in ones life is never easy particularly if its a change that can effect your entire way of life. I am currently making decisions that could do just that. It’s daunting & stressful but it’s also exciting, I have never been one to fear the unknown too much and have a tendency to jump feet first into a new opportunity (hence the advent of this blog). When I was 22 I left my family and homeland to pursue an acting career in Los Angeles, just me and my giant Rottweiler driving the 5 freeway from Vancouver to LA. When I look back on how crazy/brave I was it reminds me of what I’m made of and that no matter what I do I’ll be just fine! This free-spirited attitude that I embody is reflected in this outfit: carefree and content and ready for anything life brings me…I love that the kimono is such a huge trend this summer although I already had one in my wardrobe (seen in this post from last summer) I couldn’t resist snatching up this fringed one at Nordstrom Rack…another free-spirited move I suppose! xx Zia
