White Bra Top, Upcycled Pants & Shirt.

Sorry I’ve been MIA but its taken me a while to get back into the groove after my escape to Mexico last week. I promise to make it up to you this week, I am working on a recap of my stay in Puerto Vallarta and have lots of cute summer fashion posts coming too. The bra top is a very big trend this summer bringing me right back to my post High School days when my abs were probably in better shape than they are now but thats where the high waist pants come in. I love how a high waist bottom whether its a skirt, shorts or pants makes wearing a cute little white bra top doable. This pair of of paper bag waist pants are from Past Life Collective, as is the striped shirt, and they are both made from either dead stock or recycled fabrics. You may recall this post where I wore a top from their collection. They have an amazing sale going on right now so definitely check them out.

I guess I missed the official launch of summer while I was out of town, but we’re definitely in the full swing of it over here. California is now completely open, masks are no longer mandatory (although most of us are still being respectful and wearing masks in indoor public places) but life feels like its pretty much back to normal.  I know this is not the case everywhere, my home country of Canada is still mostly on lockdown, Im still hoping I can make it out to visit my family this summer and also hope more vaccines are given out soon so no more lives are lost.
