As most of you know I am a major lover of wine; crisp, cold Rosé, in particular. It’s a great way to end a long day, a wonderful pairing for a seafood dinner, and the best way to celebrate the holidays with your friends. I have always been a fan of California wines (I am a Cali girl, after all) and my favorite wine region of late has been the central coast.
