Plaid Dress, Gold Buttoned Cape.

I love clothes that make getting dressed super easy especially for certain occasions, like meeting a client or attending a school event. This plaid dress, yes it’s all one piece, does exactly that. It’s a turtleneck sweater combined with a plaid skirt that makes getting ready and looking polished a cinch. I added the belt to enhance the illusion of it being two separate pieces. One could even throw another layer on top to give it yet a whole other feel, so many possibilities right? I have expressed many times over the years how much I love a gold button and this velvet lined cape from Chicwish is no exception. I love how it keeps you warm and makes any outfit look extra chic!

I had to leave town in a hurry last week to attend the funeral of my uncle in Canada so my posting schedule was once again pushed, my apologies. I am back now but am leaving again this weekend for a proper mini vacay which I can’t wait for as well as share with you so please follow along on Instagram!
